With our combined years of dedicated service in the machining industry, we understand the importance of timely delivery without substituting quality. The standards and procedures included in our quality management system allow us to meet or exceed most OEMs’ requirements. Our QC department utilizes a Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) as well as a Sigma Optical Comparator to ensure the accuracy of the finished product.

- Identifies the processes needed for the delivery of product/service
- Determines the sequence and interaction of the processes
- Determines the criteria and methods required to ensure the effective operations and control of these processes
- Ensures the availability of information necessary to support the operation and monitoring of these processes
- Measures, monitors, and analyzes these processes
- And implements action necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement of these processes
Where RTS chooses to outsource any process that affects conformity with requirements, RTS management will ensure that appropriate controls are established. Controls of outsourced processes are identified within our Quality Management System.
