Knowing Megawatts are always at a premium, RTS created the Rapid Response Unit to deploy when and where trouble hits. The fully-loaded $275,000 unit consists of all the tools necessary to help our customers get started on their emergency situations as quickly as possible. It is equipped to handle Turbine repairs, Generator repairs, and repairs to BOP (Balance of Plant) equipment such as fans, gearboxes, pumps, motors, mechanical seals, heat exchangers, seal oil systems, control oil systems, lube oil systems, valves ( gas, steam, water), and any other general mechanical equipment you may have.
We can generally have tools and personnel on site within 8 hours of notification ready to work.
Our Rapid Response kit’s design and focus is to provide our client’s forced outages with enough tools and equipment to get started with a recovery plan while our full portable toolsets and machining equipment is in transit. It is also geographically located to minimize our response time to support emergency situations both large and small. We can generally have tools and personnel on site within 8 hours of notification ready to work.
The Rapid Response Unit’s layout and design keep it versatile, while maintaining its mobility, eliminating the need for expensive crane and forklift support for mobilization and setup. We arrive on site, drive right to the work location, plug into a 120V AC power cord and start work!
The Rapid Response Unit’s BOP (Balance of Plant) benefits are in its’ mobility. The truck and trailer can easily be moved around inside the plant, from job to job, to minimize wasted time and efforts in getting the right tools to the job.
Reliable Turbine Services Inc.’s Rapid Response Unit follows our core execution components of Safety, Quality, Schedule and Value, which provide our clients with a "Peace of Mind" promise that their individual forced emergency outages will be elevated as our #1 priority at all times, from start to finish of the project.
